Forgotten password¶

If you forget your password it can be reset using the Password reset service. It requires that you have a SUPR id and that your account at HPC2N is connected to your SUPR id (automatic with newer HPC2N accounts).

Remember to change your password when you have logged in a gain with the new, temporary password.

Common errors when resetting password through SUPR

• When i am trying to reset my password I am getting this error message.

  Your user account has been deactivated at HPC2N.
  Please contact support@hpc2n.umu.se to reactivate your user account.
  Include your username at HPC2N in the mail.
